What goes along with a good bedtime story? Cozy pajamas, of course! Karen Neuburger has partnered with children’s book author Nancy Wolff to offer a line of Books at Bedtime products benefitting First Book based on the characters of her book Tallulah in the Kitchen. In celebration of this year’s partnership, Nancy recently attended a pajama reading party and wrote a guest post about her experience:

I spent last week in Dallas with some of the KN team to participate in some events to support First Book. One of our stops was a Head Start Program, where I had the privilege of reading my books, Tallulah in the Kitchen and It’s Time for School with Tallulah to a great group of preschoolers. The reading was followed by a lively discussion on pancake preferences. Plain with syrup was the crowd favorite – until someone mentioned chocolate chip. Afterwards, they let me sign their books (once Miss Sherry let them know that in this one instance, it’s okay to write in a book). One little guy told me he couldn’t wait to go home and read the book to his dog. The kids received KN/Tallulah pajamas from Karen Neuburger and looked absolutely adorable when they treated us to an impromptu fashion show. It was a memorable morning at this impressive facility and I hope to be invited back the next time I’m in Dallas.
