Less than 19 days remain before the end of “What Book Got You Hooked?” — the once-a-year campaign that honors the books that made us readers by inviting visitors to help decide the state to receive 50,000 new books for kids in need.

The race heated up last week as West Virginia, in a surprise upset, pulled ahead of longtime leaders Nebraska and Oklahoma into the #1 spot. Then this week things started to get really interesting as KENTUCKY came out of nowhere into second place.

Faithful blog readers, I think the message is clear: it’s anyone’s game now.
