Along with a few of my colleagues, I traveled to Los Angeles last week for Book Expo America 2008, the publishing industry’s annual trade show. We had a blast meeting BEA attendees, authors and even squeezed in a few celebrity sightings!

Take a look at the photos to see our poster campaign that encouraged visitors to “meet” First Book and generate a new book to help children in need. The First Book team also got the chance to “pop” into a picture with three bestselling pop-up book authors, Robert Sabuda, David Carter and Matthew Reinhart.
