This week, America voted for community leaders; today, you can vote to bring 20,000 new children’s books to a community near you!
SuperPages.com and First Book are delighted to announce the Cast Your Vote for Reading Challenge. First Book is an international nonprofit organization placing new books into the hands of the most disadvantaged children. With the continued support of SuperPages.com, First Book ensures that all children, regardless of their economic situation, grow up with books of their very own.
You are encouraged to cast a vote for reading by selecting your community to receive 20,000 new books! The books will be distributed to First Book Recipient Groups throughout the winning community.
Individuals are urged to vote daily for the community of their choice by visiting FirstBook.org/Superpages now through November 14. Help bring books to your community by spreading the word!
The campaign will conclude with a book distribution early in 2007 led by First Book and SuperPages.com in the community that receives the most votes.
