The BookExpo is still going strong. Lots of people are coming by our table right outside of Hall D (children’s book exhibitors) to cast their vote for Literacy & Justice for all. The location that gets the most votes in our poll will receive the next 50,000-book distribution from the First Book National Book Bank.
You can also vote at our booth #5120, or at one of the many ballot boxes located throughout the convention center. If you’re not at the convention, go to the front page of our blog to cast your vote online.
James Patterson was at our booth earlier this morning, signing his latest book Maximum Ride. After the signing, we did a video interview of Mr. Patterson which will be posted in the blog shortly, so stay tuned. Also coming up today we have book signings with E.D. Baker, William Boniface, and Walter Dean Myers.
